About

Brahmacharya has been long misunderstood to be celibacy. In reality it means redirecting the sexual energy into spiritual matters. A brahmacharin chooses to participate in and contribute to life with undying enthusiasm and dexterous skill.

The eight techniques of brahmacharya (Brahmacharya Ashta Paddathi)

  1. Medhra adhara stambhana
  2. Brumadhya adhara shthapana
  3. Brahmari pranayama
  4. Mula bandha
  5. Uddyana bandha
  6. Jalandhara bandha
  7. Brahmara guha lakshya
  8. Shakti pratishtapana

These practices are known as the ashta brahmacharya paddathi. They have been kept shrouded in secrecy for over a thousand years simply because there wasn't the right atmosphere and acceptance to teach them openly. For the first time in its thousand year old history they have been allowed to be taught to the general public. My guru Babaji has waited many years for this atmosphere and it is my guru dakshina to him to teach these practices. I will be teaching these eight secret practices in great detail in a 5 hour workshop in Delhi, Bangalore, Mysore and Chennai in September and October 2014.
